Interior Lights not Working

So I took my Camry out of storage when I put the Mustang away, the car had been sitting for about 4 months so of course it wouldn't start. I tried to boost it to no avail and finally just put the Optima Red Top from my Mustang into the Camry. While changing the battery, I checked the fuses in the engine bay marked (MAIN, AM2, ALT) and noticed that the MAIN and ALT fuses were definitely blown so I changed them and the AM2 just in case.

Anyways, I'm driving the car around and notice that none of my interior lights are working. I haven't checked the fuse box in the car to see if anything was blown in there but aside from that, anyone have suggestions as to where the problem lies?

I'm heading back out to the driveway now to double-check my connections in the fuse terminal in the engine bay (had to really take it apart to get the 80A MAIN fuse replaced) and then other than that I'll check the fuses inside the car but any other suggestions are welcome.

Just got back from checking the connections and other fuses, looks like it's a simple matter of replacing a couple of the little 15a fuses that poped.

I'm heading out now to pick up a pack of spare fuses.

Well, things just got a little more complicated. I found a couple of blown fuses in the interior fuse box (brake lights, gauges...little stuff). So I replaced the fuses that were no good but now whenever I turn on my lights to a point where my dim brake lights come on, the brake light fuse pops.

I'm assuming there's a bad ground somewhere that's causing this fuse to short-circuit eveytime I try to turn the lights on but I'm not really sure where to start looking. Any suggestions on a good place to start?
