Question antenna help

I just purchase an power antenna from ebay and it didn't have any instructions. The antenna has 3 wires, green, red and black. Where do i put those wires in. Sorry, that is the information I can give you? Also I bought a generic antenna from Walmart and the black wire had a 12v sticker on it. I thought that wire was for the ground. Why is the 12v sticker present on the black wire?

Green - could be the 12v+ Wire.
Red - Might be the ACC Wire
Black - Has to be Ground

and the walmart 12v thing means it goes to a stereo that uses 12v DC

On the power ant. there should be a black wire with a plug which should just hook straight into the radio port. You should have a female plug port which should have 2 or 3 wires attatched. If you do not have a male port, you might have to cut the female then attatch the wires according to the colors. For my 1mz most of the power ants. Have the female/male port with the radio adaptor. I dont know if this helps any but thats just my experience with antennas.
