new suspension!

Just got my new H&R drop springs on my car with new Tokico HPs... So far, very happy with both. The drop looks almost perfect, the stiffer springs make up for the loss of ride height (very important here in Wyoming, I caught my entire front subframe on a guy's driveway tonight) in most cases. Dive, lift and body roll have all been mostly banished from existence, to a level that I am okay with. It is a street car, after all. There is still enough complaince that road vibration doesn't affect my back, and the tires no longer hop. I barely spin the inside tire in turns full-throttle, and ended up cooking my clutch tonight trying to do a burnout from 5krpm. Too much grip? what's that? As there's only about 60 miles on the setup, I will reserve final judgement for another thousand miles, but fully expect the ride to still be silky smooth. Ride height is something of a travesty right now, at ~3" in front right now, but that's due to the stupid Krispy Kreme sized 185/60R14s on there right now. Those tires are 2" shorter than stock, so with real tires on, I'll be sitting around 4" all round. Lovely.
