Front license plate bracket for '99?

Do the Gen 4 Camrys use a front plate bracket?
I called my local dealer and he just suggested bolting the plate to the bumper.
If you have a part number, that'd help with the slightly braindead local dealer.

I have a 98 (owned since new) and it did not come with a bracket. There are 2 little dimples in the bumper where the license plate just bolts in to with some sheet metal screws.

Yeah, what they said. I actually have my plate attached to the front bumper. Works just fine. I thought it would look like crap, but you don't really notice it.

Well its the same on mine and I hate it because everytime I go to y Local Drive Thru car wash, some thing always bends both sides of my front License plate in half. I need some kind of over or protector for it.
