Can someone tell me the location of the Piezo chirper?

My 1997 camry le keyless entry piezo stop chirping today when I press the remote.. The doors still unlock with the remote but I hear no sound... Where exactly is the chirper located so I can maybe swap one with one at a junkyard? Thanks

My 97 does not make any chirping sound either. I don't think there is one.

under the hood, right below your windshield, on the driver side(assuming yours is the USA camry).

oppss.......... forgot to mention. throwback is right, the one I was talking about is the stock RS3000/3200 security system. His is the aftermarket.

Mine isnt stock, its aftermarket but its located in the enigne bay on the passenger side right below the windsheild area also.
