How to change codes?

I have a 2005 Camry LE, 4 cyl, and have not been able to get any help from the dealer on how to change the codes for horn blowing when locking & unlocking via remote, all door locks unlocking when the drivers door opens, etc. After countless tries beginning less than 24 hours after buying it, I have basically been told it can't be done (see below) or their maint/svc dept might be able to for a min charge of $60, ... The horn honking from 1 to 4 times (no idea or pattern why it changes) drives me crazy, especially since I travel a lot and its not a real cool thing to do at a hotel at 1 am when you are locking your car via remote or have to go out to your car to get something you forget late at night. I find it absurd that Toyota doesn't provide some directions in their owners manual. I love the Camry almost as much as I love my 1979 Toyota truck that I bought new in 1979 and still have and drive, so I'm not a basher, just a frustrated Camry owner. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated from how to change the codes or a site or book that has them (I know how to change the Maint Reqd light since about 50% of the time the dealer forgets to reset it when I get service).
