ghetto cai done, pics up

finished my ghetto cai. the only non ghetto part is that ive actually used clamps to clamp it together. other then that, zip ties work a treat.

pokes out the bottom on the right (looking into the car) as i dont have teh same venting as a camry.

gotta shroud it off (sheet of plastic and more zip ties) to avoid the wash coming from the radiator fan.

power gain? nope

mileage gain? probably not, all i did was run a peice of extention tube.

I dont know about the position of the filter. Might becore a problem when it rains or gets muddy.

and that's one of the few times that I'd worry about hydrolock when the filter is THAT low....

its impossible for me to hydrolock.

i took the pod off and dunked teh tube into a tub of water, engine stalls form lack of air, not from water.

it was pissing down heavy all night and i was going around, filte ris fully sokead but its bone dry in the intake tubing.

need to get filter oil and give it a spray after a we day.
