MB Autosports

Beware......... I recently bought a shogun body kit from MB Autosport........The shipping was quick and the price was good but don't be tricked by that........... my kit was in a terrible condition it had pits in the fiberglass the size of dimes and lots of pinholes.......... the only part of the kit that was in pretty good shape were the side skirts.............. now my car has been in the shop forever and its costing me an arm and a leg......... please don't by the shogun kit from MB Autosports. Pay the extra money and get it Erebuni.......... Trust me it is turning out to be the same price with all the work that needs to be done to the kit.

Has anyone else had problems with MB Autosport......... Please Post Reply

Elaine

Elaine, that's what I've been preeching since day one. I paid the extra dough for the Erebuni one and I haven't regreted it yet. Anyways, good luck with your kit. Hopefully everything works out. Take care.

Damn Yukio, your Camry's lookin hot... I remember when you first put the front on. Ahhh, the good ol' days.

cmrygrl94 - Thats actually pretty typical of a fiberglass body panel. Isn't the Erebuni one polyurathane?

no its not urethane. but for the mb autosports its the typical old school style gel coat then fiberglass under that thats why there are pins and holes. but its ok for the diy people. its not that hard to do. i guess the shop is just ripping you of. i would say mbautosport for the people that can do the body work and fitment then send to shop to paint or if you cant do that stuff go with better quality stuff. i cant comment on any other company since this i actually bought from. and it was a kit for the integra. it was bomex.hint hint about my car. haha
