Changine Timing Belt..Found Oil behind Timing Covers

I'm in the middle of chaning the timing belt on my 92' 5sp 2.2L Camry. After taking both of the timing covers off I noticed a little Oil sitting at the base of the Oil Pan near the crank pulley and also near the Cam Sprocket. The guy I bought the car from said it had a small oil leak but we could not figure out where it was coming from...I think it's coming from this area. There is also oil on the Chassis area in this section as well...

Could the Cam Sprocket Seal be leaking Oil? It's hard to tell.

I bought the following Parts to replace while doing the Job..

Upper and Lower Tensioners
Timing Belt...Obviously
Water Pump

What else should I change while I'm in there? Cam Seal?

Thanks for the help...

-Ben

Pics of the Job So far....

looks like the cam seal. reason being oil is all over the cam gear and everything else. If it was a crank seal, oil wouldnt have gotten that high up.

yeah, dont scratch anything and use a socket to put the new ones in, the hardest part is getting the old one out, i have found that popping the valve cover off and taking the cam saddle apart on the seal end works well because its much safer and the valve cover gasket is usually leaking anyways, put a new cover gasket on. Now the crank seal is a different animal, get a pic and very carefully pop the old one out and dont scratch the crank, use a big socket and wd40 and put the new one in flush

my camry used to have 2 inch of oil in timing belt cover,
replaced oil pump seal, crank shaft seal and cam seal, now it is all dry
if you are taking apart all those stuff, and parts not extremely expensive, replace all seals
and the engine should probably last a while before it leaks again.

Got the Seals in...The hardest one was the Cam Shaft Seal. I chose not to take the valve cover off which I'm glad I didn't...Getting it back in was a bear...there is not much clearance to tap it back in.

My '94 2.2L at 200K had the same thing, it was the oil pump seal. You need that long o-ring gasket for you oil pump also. It was fairly easy. I had purchased the crank seal also meaning to replace it, it alas could not figure it out (how to do it). If course I had cleaned mine with brakeclean and had to do the timing belt twice in a row to get it correctly timed and I knew for certain it was the oil pump by looking the 2nd time.
