u should pretty much be able to tell where you need to drill the holes anyways so go in the grass, put down some towels (be careful for the edges that curve up) and drill the holes. and have someone hold it while u put in the bolts hand-tight, run the wiring harness and tada!

yeh nice try, mayne! thanks for the info whocares. think ima do it in the morning when i wake up. ill make sure to take some pix, n if i dont drill straight thru the trunk or anything i'll post them up.
