Ive Tried To Burn Out And I Never Get Results. Ive Put It In Nuetral, Revd And Then Shift To Drive And Nothing Happens. Ive Reversed Thrown In To Nuetral And Then Drive Still Nothing. Ive Thrown Into Second, Revd And Then Throw Into Drive And It Makes A Screech But Only For About A Second. If You Havent Figured Out I Have An Automatic. Someone Who Can Help Me Out Please Give Me Tips I Have Been Desperate To Burnout But I Can Never Do It. Thanx In Advance.
NEVER rev the car in neutral and shift to drive!!!! Unless you like your cogs in little bite size pieces!
Secondly why do you want to do a burnout?
Thirdly if you really want to do it, dunno why since tyre isnt exactly cheap, you can try leave it in drive and plant it, if this doesnt give you a burnout, you need more power. Only way to do it.
There are other damaging ways you can try but i'd advise against it, such as handbrake up + petal mash.
Or left foot on brakes, rev up to 2000rpm, and plant the accelerator as you let go of the brakes.
BUT i repeat... N-E-V-E-R rev in neutral and put into drive!
PS, i also think you should donate you car to a worthy home as you seem to be torturing it...

Why? I Just Wanna Have Some Fun And Thanx For The Advice I Didnt Know That Revin In Nuetral Then Shiftin In Drive Would Be So Bad. Btw What Exactly Does Cogs Mean
Brianowens Im 16 So What Do You Expect And I Dont Do It All The Time. I Know Its Bad For The Car, Ive Only Tried Maybe Twice Or So. Plus I Was Just Wonderin How People Do Burnouts For So Long.
cogs are basically the Gears, he is saying if u do that Nuetral drop once or twice you can basically strip the many gears in your tranny and eventually turn a Round-Teethed Cog into a smooth wheel....and that means bye bye tranny.
Dont do it anymore if u want your car to last more than 2 months

People can do burnouts for so long cause they gots the low end tourque. you need well over 200 lbs/ft tourqe to do a "long" Burnout.
Listen to Phat Devil and BrianOwens! They have given you good advice. You need to be the mature 16 year old. That, or keep about $3000 handy for a new transmission.

your car has something between 110 - 150 i belive
not really.
the easiest formula to do a burn out is manual trans or worn front brakes

Power launch is probably the more safe way, brake and gas.
Ive done power-braking and i dont think thats good for the Clutch/Tourqe converter. I dont think messing with Auto-Trannys is a good idea no matter how u do it

no more then driving at under 2500rpm. whenever its not lock your atf fluid is getting hot mighty quick
but your emoving so you get a small amount of additional cooling.
just powerbrake coming out of a corner with the handbrake up (open wheel styles) and if you cant smoke dont bother trying again.

Get a manual or a V6 then u can do it easy. But it's not worth it, u will kill your tranny and waste your tires, better to spend this gran u will end up paing for the tranny on a nice set of rims, or whatever mod u like.
Or if u really want to mess with your car, spray some oil all over one tire and go.
