4th Generation Camry downhill battle

I got it from my friend and the location is Hong Kong. Narrow and twisty roads downhill action. A Gen4 but donno whether a I4 or V6. I think it's a I4 though, no mod and all I can say is the Camry driver is insane! The video camera is inside of a Peugeot. I think the Peugeot has been mod and I can feel the suspension and strut has been done. Some conversation by the two people in Peugeot and they are just speaking Cantonese. Enjoy~ Sorry for posting the wrong thread...

I am trying to pursuade about street racing but I think it's really late night and the Camry owner was not sure what car is tailgating him so he is afraid...

they first started as "lets see if we can give the camry driver a scare"

Then when the camry pulled away it was "his car is fast up the hill compared to his car with 2 or 3 people"

at the down hill part they were getting worried about the camry driver when he started to slide it round the corner.

then near the end the car with the camera had massive brake fade and couldnt slow the car down very much and thus used his engine to slow the car down. The car didnt want to stop at the round about and they were asking themselfs how come the camry brakes are so good.

And viola hahahahahah

Thats what i caught lol

And a side note, that was stupid of both the camry driver and the filming car unless they have been on that road heaps, even then... There could have been so many places that would have ended in tragedy.

HaHa.. Hong Kong... a lot of people drive like that unfortunately especially in the roads up in the hills. But the way that the lanes are much narrower, it is much more dangerous. Anyway, nice vid. It's nice to see something from Hong Kong. I'm surprised that Camry isn't modified most Camry's in HK are. Ah, I wish I was back in HK right now...

nice...but kind of stupid to do it in what seems to be a stock camry though....:

you guys should come visit over here sometime in the summer and we'll take you to rollercoaster road......think that, but a lot less lights, a lot tighter turns, much smaller lanes, and higher top speeds........we've done some stupid stuff there before, uh huh....

It's kinda funny...when I was in HK most of the cars I saw were Benz and Lexus. But that may have been because I was staying in Central. It was my first time in HK and I only stayed for a week.

But those cars that I saw that were Toyotas and such, most of them were moded. I saw a lot of base model Civics (they had black trim) with rims and kits on them. I guess since cars are so expensive in HK only wealthier people can really afford them so they can afford to mod them also. In HK a V6 Camry runs about US$40 000. It seemed like most of the population there uses public transit system. The Octopus Card was very ubiquitous..
