3rd Generation dead RPM needle :(

Hi everyone ... i have two problems ... (appear after my glow gauge installation). The first is:

1- For find a good power source i have test all the wire with a voltmeter. When i have tested a "green" wire, a little blue spark was appear and a little "click" in the dash. And now, all the needle work fine, but the RPM doesn't work All the fuse it's ok, where is the problem ????

2- My AIR BAG lamp is ON ... (i know i have only to reset it ...)

thanks

David

check to see if the guage is popping out making your needle impossible to move...plus i hope you didnt take out your needles when you install it or put on the guages roughly where the needle might be damage. If those dont work get a new cluster.

check carefully the circular part of the gauge in the center, the part that will be near the black plastic cirlce of the needle, it could be making contact there. I dremeled the edge of the clear plastic of the gauge in that circle (NOT the glow part of the gauge!!) to ensure that there was no contact. My speedo still catches a snag once in a while, its been a year, but I hope this helps.
