A/C issues please help.

Okay i have a gen3 94 my a/c doesn't blow out any air in the two air ducts in the center of the dash. When i put it on face flow it blows out the front vents, and the 2 side vents, and when i put it on face and floor it blows out of all of them except the 2 center ones... can someone please tell me, is this a flow issue or is something wrong with the electrical / a/c unit? or whatever is wrong how do i fix it? I really don't want to take it to a professional and fork out lots of money to fix it.

I jsut went out and checked mine and it blows out all vents when on face and floor. I would ahve to say there is something with the electrical controls for the a/c.
