3rd Generation PWR selector on Auto Transmission

On the transmission, there is a selector for PWR - power for powerful acceleration / NORM for normal general drving conditions

I drive with the PWR on, anybody know how much a toll this will take on my tranny?

Thanks,
CALVIN

none, if any toll on your transmission^
but isn't that "selection" for stability/traction control or something similar?

There is no harm to your transmission. When in PWR mode, it will shift later so you can have more power, harsher shift, and higher gas consumption. On Norm/Econ mode, it will shift sooner for smoother ride and less fuel consumption
