3rd Generation 1mz complete engine flush

Is there a way that i can completely flush my whole engine compartment and rid it of any oils , build ups, and carbons of any sort, to basically give it better performance? If so what product should i use and how? Also, If my car has a stock 188hp, with over 177k miles on it, no major additions other than compete exhaust, how much will a full tuneup including; CAI, oil change, new performance spark plugs/wires, change the noticable performance of the car?

Not sure what you are looking for? If you want to clean the exterior of the engine then I would use engine degreaser and a powerwasher. If you want to clean the combustion chambers then Seafoam thru the brakebooster vacum hose and one thru the gas tank. If you want to clean the engines oil passages and such then Seafoam in your oil just before a oil change.

How much HP you get out of a tuneup depends on how far out of tune you are. You are not making new power just reclaiming what you have lost.

Okay cool sounds reasonable. I'm going to start preparing for a stage 1 turbo custom installation so im looking to clean it out as much as possible then upgrade the tranny, and head. I'm not sure if i want to wait for zoni's turbo lol... plus if i can ebay some used stuff and make my own for cheaper than hopefully it will work out. Thanks for the help.
