3rd Generation jumping back in... saying thanx.

greetings all.... i'm a returning TN user/member, just giving a quick thanks to everyone for all of the great information provided here. it's definitely helped me through a lot of small projects/problems i've had in the last year or so. i lurk more than i post, but i hope to get more involved when i feel like i can offer something.

i'm a gen 3 camry owner (as the name suggests) who has been slowly getting into modding my car. i'm in the mod/maintenance stage at this point on a limited budget, so upgrades come as they can. to date i have changed the exhaust to a magnaflow setup (stock tubing unfortunately) with superior automotive dual resonated tips (looks pretty much like stock on the car), added a strut tower bar, have upgraded to NGK wires, and have done a few cosmetic upgrades inside the car (pedals, steering wheel cover, etc.) just for yuks. the first order of business though is to fix a leaky front valve cover gasket and address a leaking rack, neither of which are bad at this point. future upgrades i hope to do are new rims/tires, upgraded ignition system, and full cat-back exhaust upgrade to get everything working together as well as it can. my car has just over 171,000 miles on it at this point, and it's still solid as a rock, thanks to a good maintenance history. i do as much of my own work as i can in an apartment parking lot. i do a bit of autocross as well and am hoping to do much more to make this car more competitive... or at least as competitive as it can be on my budget. i don't want to get outrageously far from stock, but i want to make it a bit more spirited.

thanks again for the continued info and wisdom you all share.
