Thinking about purchasing a camry v6 5 speed in the near future and wondering what kind of times people get in the 1/4 mile stock? Also, what years were the v6s offered in 5 speeds? I thought it was 92-93 in the ses and 97-01 or so. Anyway, that's about all I can think of for now. Also, how do they cars respond to basic bolt ons like I/H/E? I'm not looking for a super fast car, but just want something faster than what I got now and refuse to buy anything that isnt a Toyota.
Ya, if I found the magic laxative that turns my shit into money I'd get a supra. Notice I'm not looking for the fastest car, but something better than my 4afe corolla. I origionally wanted to get a tc but due to my going back to school full time by spring or summer I'd rather get something I'd either have no or little payments on
V6 5 Speed was offered : 89-90, 92-96, 97-01 and dunno about Gen 5's.
i believe for the gen3 camry.... a v6 manual was only in the 92-93 year models with the 3vzfe engine..... someone correct me if i'm wrong
and i think there werent any 1mzfe gen3 v6 manuals... ??

Yeah, in Australia, it was 92-96. We had the 3VZFE only for the Gen 3.
Wibbit on here has a 1996 3VZFE 5 Speed.

I ran 14.7-14.9 in my 99 Camry v6 5 spd with intake, eibachs and the trd short shifter as my only mods. Id be interested to see what a 5 speed v6 would run with a good set of headers, cai and all the other basic mods.
