so like... i was changing the lights to my A/C controls because one of the lights were blown. now, for some reason EVERYTHING doesnt turn on anymore! my tachometer, speedometer, and my whole dashboard doesnt turn on! but the headlights and stuff work still. do i have a blown fuse? maybe i should have disconnected the battery in the first place... but yea... can anyone help me? if it is a blown fuse, can someone direct me to which fuse and where it is located?=/
also, will regular LEDs work instead of putting in the 74bulbs?
aahhhh...sounds like a good old fuse(hopefully for you) ill check around to see if i can find info.

Let people know what you've got (year, etc.)- it might help. These guys do a pretty good job of coming up with the answers. Might start below and to the left of the steering wheel. Most have a little bin there that pops out to allow access to some of the fuses.
when popping out, there are 2 tabs one on each side, push those toward eachother, and it slips out....if this is a gen 3, (92-96 i think) and i believe that has some fuse locations on it. it will most likely be labeled, cluster, dash or console lighting/ illumination.

hehe yeppp im probably going to be an active member on this site. im pretty much starting fresh with this whole car thing... i just got my first car (1999 camry i4) and at first i was like... nahhh i wont fix it up... but then i came accross this site and i saw what cool stuff you guys did to your cars and that got me hooked. everything i had gotten into in the past, i would always fix them up and make them better. 1/64th scale R/C cars to 1/24th scale R/C cars. then came the computer, then Airsoft, and man... who would've known that a friggen car would be next? hahaha. well once i expand my knowledge about cars and what not... expect to see more of me around the forums
7.5 amp fuse, red/maroon in color located behind coin box left of steering wheel. Just pull the coin tray out, disconnect ur negative battery cable, and use a needle nose pliers to remove it.
It could be the dimmer switch. I know that on the Previa it can burn out. Instead of getting a new one (who really dims their lights?) you can jump the reostat.
