Okay, so im looking for a turbo manifold that will fit up to the 1mz, i have a custom downpipe made out of the 5sfe's downpipe... Does anyone know which i could use for a manifold for a t3/t4 turbo, or a garett?
i'm just making sure if there is any so i dont have to go out and completly customize and entire turbo manifold too :x b/c that would totally delay the project even more lol
So regardless, im probably going to end up fabing up one ... im wondering if the 5sfe and the 1mz have similar manifolds? if they do i can customize it up alittle like i did the downpipe.

sorry but
WTF?? dude you are asking if a I4 and a V6 have the same manifold. you need to do some more homework.
yeah Zoni's is supposed to be comming out late fall early winter... it sucks not knowing a date. But I figure... he said his was running around 2500-3k... and if i could get the manifold, and downpipe together, the rest of it i can get cheap, and i have the t3/t4 turbo. So i could put it all together under 1500 dollars US.
i dont think the setup will cost you that little. it sounds like you are trying to get the HP cheep and fast. I'm not flaming you but it isnt going to be that cheep. good luck trying. even Dave doing all the work has spent over 5000 on his and is still working out the bugs.
Man, unless you are going to run a twin setup you arent going to be using a manifold. Look at your engine, you have 3 cylinders by the radiator, it's a v6, where are the other cylinders? They are at the firewall side of the engine bay tilted toward the ground, thw whole engine is tilted. To turbo a v6 you either need two custom manifolds to do a very tricky twin turbo setup, or you gotta completly redo the exhaust setup and place the turbo where the battery and cruise control used to be. This is very tricky with an automatic transmission. under $1500, for a newbie I'm afraid not, you have a very long way to go.

Okay that's all i was looking for... i just assumed the best... trying to be optimistic about pricing... i dont care how long it takes... im just on a budget and i don't want a custom setup to be TOOO pricey just like any sane person would want. But thanks for the help, and its no problem on the flaming... im here to learn and get reamed for being stupid and uninformed... I have the basic knowlege of what i need , now what i need for the camry v6 auto is another story... i've done things for the acura... but ne who... thx.
