taking out headunit

can anyone tell me how i can take out the stock headunit to hook up a system? thanks in advance.

1. Take a flat head screw driver and wedge it between the a/c controls and the dash on the corner near the passangers side.
2. Slowly pry until it snaps out. (some force will be needed)
3. The trim around the radio also pops off, by pulling the bottom part upward. (Again do it slowly and with some force)

4. You are done, aside from disconecting wires. Then all you need is a wrend or vise grips (not recomended might stip the head) and unscrew the HU from the dash.

If you want pics give me ur email so that i can show you what im talking about.

Thanks, that answers a question I had on another thread. I guess to put the same radio back in all you do is push the trim firmly back into place?

I'm not looking to replace the radio, just remove it temporarily so I can fix a rattle.
