Kyb Gr-2 in black ?

i got a strange question...i had my 2 front struts changed a while ago(i know i am gonna do the rear ones too) they came in a KYB GR-2 box and everything but they are black ? it says GR-2 on it ... so does anybody else have them ? because on the net they look like this :

did i get something else with just a GR-2 sign on it, you think ?

where did u buy it from?

i know that the older models/stock of the kyb-gr2 were black..

unless u got it from some shady shop which bought it from somewhere in asia which they printed GR2 on it.. then tough luch

got mine from nopi. they are black.

i hope there is no major diffirence.. because when i am changing my back ones too,i dont wanna have 2 black and 2 gray struts

mine and half and half. I have 2 silver ones up front and 2 black ones in the rear

I just changed mine 2 month ago.they are black. I bought from Etoyotaparts.com. I'm not sure if front are silver and rear are black. But anyway,mine works fine.

Thats the fronts, but i dunno, I got both colors... no problems.

I believe I got black from importcarparts.com. Very happy with the handling. Gave the car a more sporty feel even over the original shocks.
