Question Engine does not START

Hello CAMRYLOVERS,

I am desesperately looking for HELP!

My 1993 CAMRY Automatic 5S-FE ENGINE DOES NOT START after I replaced the Head Cylinder Gasket.
I sent the Head to a machine shop where it was pressure tested, resurfaced and a valve job done. After re-installing the head , I went through the following:

- replace timing belt and verify timing setting.
- ignition test + replacement of distributor, rotor, spark plug wires, spark plugs and igniter.
- injection test:use noid light to check signal to injectors and idle air control valve.
- cylinder compression test : all four cylinders within range: 168-174 psi.
- all my fuses and relays ( injection, starter, EFI, circuit opening) are tested good.

When I crank , the engine keeps rotating.By the way, I even tried with a new battery.
I am at the point where I am missing/overlooking something, but I can not pinpoint it.
If anyone of you guys has been there, please share you experience with me.Any idea, advice, tip, suggestion is more than welcome. It is frustrating to feel so close to get done, but stuck by .... I do not know what .

I thank you all in advance for your HELP.

More than likely it is something simple a wire not hooked or something. Do you have spark? Do you have fuel? If it was timing it should backfire or at least try to start.

MAF? Since when did a 93 Camry 5sfe have a MAF? They have IAT's from what I recall.
