4th Generation Part Question

What up guys. Im finishing up putting on my ksport coilovers but ive run into a big problem. The rear suspension was coming off smoothly until i found a bolt that is completely rusted and fused itself together with another nut. Im just wondering what is the parts name and how much does it cost. Im most likely going to have to replace it because the rust is so bad..... heres a pic. I also have a broken lug nut and done some searches on how to fix that. Everyone says to use a hole saw bit to drill it out. Good idea or Bad idea????
