wow, only a 2"; that's a pretty small cat-back. I thought that my 2 1/4" piping was small. yea they really do something, they decrease the back pressure of a stock exhaust. The easier it is for your engine to push out exhaust gases the more hp it will gain. Although if you go too big you'll loose all of your torque, that's why I thought my 2 1/4" was a good choice.
well u gotta see wat engine he is using and wat u are using.. btw im using 2.5" on my 5sfe hehehe.. full cat back incld high flow cat as well.. but my resonator restored most of my torque that i lost before hand using an hks hyper muffler on the car...
I had a custom made Brullen catback with muffler on my Camry and I have dyno proof of it giving +8HP or so and even gains on low end, all the way to top end. No loss anywhere... smooth curve all the way through.
It is also up for sale right now.

where is it up for sale?
All in my head right now actually. I have posted in the classified section here before. I have just been busy lately so I haven't pursued selling it aggressively. I almost forgot about it until I read this thread actually.

What year and engine was it for and what are you looking to get for it?

It is for the 5S-FE engine. PM or e-mail me with an offer if you are serious. This is for the full catback: Brullen 2.5" mandrel bent pipe with Brullen resonator, muffler and tip... all custom blueprinted for Camry. The tip is a chrome 3" eliptical... very Porsche Boxster like... haha
