OK here it is, I have an 5 spd 91 Infiniti G20 lots of mods, lots of problem$ to fix in the near future. Ive done a few engine mods to squeeze a few more HP's out of it cause I want somethin bigger and reliable and some power. Now Im sellin it and thinking about getting a 92 Camry, likely a 4 cyl, V6 might be to much $$ and I heard it has more problems than the 4 ?
OK heres my questions for a 92 4 cyl
Engine - does it respond to bolt ons well ? 125HP is weak 145 torq is OK, can I see 15's with bolt ons ???
Air intakes- ractive, iceman ? (from Celica, does it fit in the Camry well ?) weapon R, who makes CAI for the 4 banger ?
Pulleys- is there any ? Unorthodox ?
catbacks- beside Bosal is there any others ?
headers- Is Bosal the only one ?
what else ?
suspension I sure theres a few companys for drop spring ? can you make the Camry handle good ?
swaybars - ? whiteline ?
strut tower ? ractive ?
how do I get rear discs in the 4 cyl ? what model ? comes with ABS right ?
yeah, as elegant says, you may as well get the v6 if you want some power....and there actually aren't any problems unless you want to supercharge it....then there are problems....otherwise, there is still some support for the eng....just costs $$$ but in the end, it'll run faster than just about any 4 thatisn't boosted....

i have a 92 camry and its running great. i dont think the 6 cyl models have more problems, and they are faster then the 4 cyl of course. i have a 92 4cyl le with a sunroof. the model of the car really doesnt depend on if it has a sunroof or not. our cars had so many options with them, that im sure any model would have a sunroof. im almost positive though the all xle's have sunrrofs. i dont know anything about bolt ons or anything, but camrys are really dependent cars, and they run forever. good choice, and goodluck

whoa now.. at least he isnt asking for a miracle... lol 15s. 15s are possible but not without a lot of work.. but you can make it look damn good for cheaper...
I love the hood on that blue camry. It resmebles that of the black widow hood on civics. Do most shops custom make those? How much am i loking to spend for a shop to do that? THanks.
PS i know some people are anti rice but.. i love it

hey the Infiniti G20 has 140HP 132 torq and weighs 2900lbs it does 16.2 stock the auto G20 does low 17s and with bolt on can easily see low 16s, the weight and power are similar with the Camry that does 18 stock in auto trim, So I wasnt over doing it
That's funny... a fellow G20 owner on a Toyota Forum.... I own a 92 G20 too and my girl just got a 92' V6 Camry... runs smooth now after we swapped in a JDM V6 in it... Car's heavy though... could pull much better if it was lighter... I'm sure you dreaded the weight of your G... the Camry's worse buddy.... I'm not dissin' the Cam, but it's more of a crusin' family type care...
PS.. I have a JDM motor on my G too.. and I'm pulling roughly 152HP at the wheels...
