Rear window problems (electrical)

My rear passnger window works occasionally. It will roll down then just stop...and not roll up again...then like when u try back later it will work. It seems like it will work when it chooses...and it really pisses me off because my rear seat has been soaked twice becuase i can't get it up during the rain...but of course when the rain would stop the window would usually work (lol just kidding on that but that is how it usually goes)
