cleaning plastic cover around tach/speedo

Hi I was wondering if someone could recommend a product to clean the plastic cover over my speedo, its pretty dirty and dusty so I tried just using a damp towel to clean it off but it left a lot of streak marks and drying it off doesn't seem to help, I dont know what would be safe to clean that plastic with and don't want to make it any worse than it already is.

Are there any shops that sell plastic where you live? Like TAP Plastics?

They sell a cleaner for plastic.

My 2 Cents...

This stuff works pretty good for taking out mild scratches. I used it on my headlights. 152,000 miles they had pits and scratches. This stuff made look clear again. Works great on paint too.
