i want xenon lights in my 1997 camry

can i just buy the bulbs and plug em in or whats really involved? im just hoping if anything else is needed it doesnt exceed $200 because thats kinda my limit right now.

u can do that and blind everyone with a 200$ kit

what exactly do i need? sorry im just looking at all these kits and stuff and i dont know what is what. i just like the blue (maybe purple, im colorblind so i dont know) color or the xenon lights and thats why i want them. i was looking online but some kits get really expensive (like 500) and i dont want to spend that much. i doubt getting xenon lights is as simple as buying the bulbs and plugging them into my sotck headlights is it?

you need projector inside your headlights. i bought the Xenon HID Kit 3yrs ago. it was blinding everyone
