Problem with engine check light V6

Hey guys, my mom's 1994 V6 Camry has a strange problem. The engine check light will randomly come on. If it is on and you check for codes... there are none.. then after a random period of time.. sometimes days... it will disappear

I remember that when my mom first got the car (after about 1 year) it did this, she took it to Toyota and they just reset it.. then it happened again and they replaced some sensor.. I wish I knew which one, I guess I can find out by calling Toyota and checking what was replaced under warranty

But has anyone had this experience? Maybe have an idea of what it could be?

Thanx

to find out what sensor was changed, take a look at the invoice that the dealership gave your mom....they're usually fairly detailed about problems
