2nd Generation Suspension Concerns

So my Gen2 has been sitting for over a year and about 3 weeks ago i brought it back to life, did some basic maitenince and brought it back to my house. The car was sitting in a grass patch.

When i drive it, and it goes over a bump (mostly speed bumps) the suspension front and rear Sqeaks really really loud, like an old truck or something. And when turning the car with the wheel at its extremes the suspension sometimes makes a kicking sound. Also once or twice it has gone over a speed bump and after i go over the bump it sounds like a loud bang like the strut or something is popping out.

anyone know what i should do/replace?

Check the bushings on the suspension. I bet their worn out or even torn/busted from being so old.

Thats usually where the squeaking noises come from.

When i first got the car over a year and a half ago it had its Bushings replaced, so they could have rotten sitting and now need to be replaced?

And where are they, what do they look like, and how hard are they to replace?

thanks
