well to remove the seat... you just pull on the bench... it is kinda semi-clipped in, so pull out and up and it removes

the side shoulder rests have a hex-nut, just rachet those... i don't remember size off the top of my head, but is between 10-14mm

the backs of the seats are held in by some hex-nuts under where the seat itself was... once you remove the bench, everything is real self-explanatory, it should only take like 15-30 min. to do them all, i can do mine in like 10

The clips are in the front of the seat (engine side) of the car.

Lift up the trunk mat, and you will see where the back seat cloth clips (4 quarter size black clips) too. Just pull the 4 clips up (2 per seat cloth). Be easy, as I broke 2 while doing it.

If ya do that, ther should be 4 bolts (2 per seat). Same size as the arm side rest pieces.

yeah, it's pretty easy, i just went at with a wrench, i think they are 13's it's pretty easy just don't break those clips like adam was saying. they are almost the same thing as what hold the door panels on, and i broke all the ones in my door panel, so i when i took my seats apart, i just used my seat tabs inplace of the broken ones for the door panel.

they can break easily...especially if you're really strong like me..

I figured all of this out when doing my rear deck speakers.

Toyota designers made it as labour-intensive as possible to change those rear spakers, haha.

But yeah, I'm actually very pleased in the ease of removal for all of the interior trim/seats! It makes running power wire/rca cables a breeze!
