Gen5 Just something I learned for rear brakelight

Hey guys just for your info:

The rear brakelight in the centre (the one in the middle inside the back deck in the car, not the taillights) burnt out on me, took me some time to figure out how to undo the casing to replace the light bulb (only 1 bulb in there by the way).

From inside the car, you simply grip the whole brakelight casing and slide to the left, then it will pop off to allow you to change the bulb.

hope this might help one day!

Assume you're facing the back off the vehicle- now would that be your left or the car's left?

Just so we're on the same page here...
i'm talking abouth the brake light INSIDE the car that sits on the back deck where your rear 6"x9" speakers are mounted to, the little brake light inside your rear window!

by sliding left, means slide to PASSENGER side,
and "took me some time" meant 2 minutes,

Just I know some here may try prying it off or pulling it. DONT DO IT, just slide and pull, lets say it all together now..... SLIDE AND PULL, SLIDE AND PULL.
hahahahaha

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
