i want to buy a 9006 h.i.d kit that a guy is selling me is cheap but i doesn't have the ballast, will i be able to put any other kind of ballast or different brands?

You may use virtually any brand of ballast. However, depending on what kind of wiring you're getting, that may limit you to which particular ballasts you'll need to get. May I ask what you're getting in addition to the capsules?[/quote]
