Hello Family. I just wanted to know if the Gen 5 Vizage body kit is a difficult kit to install. I and considering ordering it and wanted to find that out form the group. Also who has the best price that body kit?
Thanks. I really appreciate that. Do you think that the factory kit for the gen 5 will be available once the new gen 6 hits the market? I really would like to have that kit but it is only an At Port Option at the dealerships.
Yeah, I actually asked around about that a lot earlier in the year. As far as I can tell, there is no word of it becoming an aftermarket part... HOWEVER, I do have high hopes that to boost sales of the Gen 5 once the Gen 6 comes out so that Toyota reduces their inventory of Gen 5's, they will release the kit as an aftermarket part. I too would like the OEM kit. I'm gonna continue waiting and see what happens. You CAN get it, however, through the repair channel. Only problem is that you would have to get a VIN number from someone with a kitted Camry to get the parts. In any case, I'll keep waiting for it. I'm in no hurry.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
My car is (or rather, was) a base model LE with only the bare minimum standard options when my dad originally bought the car in late 2001. So I had to do them myself. $129 off of ebay with all the wires, but I ended up not needing the wires or the switch. My car was pre-wired, and the pop-out covers weren't molded to the bumper (all thanks to my car being Japan-built), so all I had to do was put in the bulbs and snap in the lamps. BUT, since I was using stock wiring with a stock relay, they wouldn't work without a stock switch. So I had to order a new turn signal stalk from an SE/XLE ($100) and replace mine because my stock one didn't have the fog light ring. As soon as I swapped out the turn signal stalk, they fired up and I was good to go.

That is cool. I am going to have to cut out the opening and custom a bracket to put the factory style light in. I may do something all together different but tasteful. Hopefully after the first of the year I will be putting on some H&R Spring and then I will put some pics on the site. I appreciate the conversation and the information.
Hehe np. Let me know how the H&R's are. I put Tein S. Techs on mine, and they feel pretty good. I can definitely feel the difference from stock (especially since I'm on stock struts until they give out ) but they springs ride pretty well.

i had a little bit of trouble getting it under my fog lights. Other than that its a pretty easy install. I love the quality too! I've scraped it several times but this thing is solid!
