So its been a while since i went to the strip with camryracer... but when we were there we took my 1mz out on the strip v/s a chevy astro, and a bmw, i beat the astro no prob, but the bmw took me :x

this little 1mz is a tough cookie though... pushing 1/4 mile in 17.2 at 87mph

I ran pretty much the same time i was shooting for 16s but only got 17.1 i figured if i had gutted ( no spare, jack, junk in my trunk, rear seats ) my car prior to racing i would of got my 16s time slip...but my 3VZ-FE ran strong keeping up to Maxima's all day but eventually got walked by a Harley F150 that ran 13 flat at 110 mph.....TN should have a drag strip shootout event that would kick ass i wouldnt mine paying to run against rival camrys.....i challenge you!

lol yeah that would be fun... yeah i had 2 people me and camryracer in my car, back seat, spare, jack, subwoofers, etc.. so i'm pretty sure i would definatly be in the low 16's if i were to dump all that stuff prior to the race.

yeah, my car sucks from a stop...

but once on the freeway, i can stomp it at 80 and still feel it pull..
