"Beep Beep" on Keyless Entry

Is there a way to turn off the beep noise that sounds when you press the lock or open button on the key fob? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you have the owners manual, there's a section in there that describes how to do it.
Unfortunenately, I don't have mine anymore so I can't really answer your question.

why would you want to get rid of it? i like it. way better then a damn horn

I think s/he is trying to turn it off completely not switch it to horn sound. Just personal preference.

If you don't want the 'beep, beep' sound but still like using your remote to open and shut your doors, if you press the lock button and the open button simultaneously the doors will unlock without the sound. I think you can lock the doors the same way but if not that is only one beep.
