can someone help me on this?

My car is Camry LE 92.
I noticed the cable on the throttle lever is kind of loose. It connects to the black box next to the battery. (This black box seems to have cruise control actuator in it. )

My question is: how shall I open this box?
I found a bolt on the lower left side of this box. I took it out but the box cover would not move at all. Is there a trick to open this box? Or just use stronger force?

if the CC works. dont mess with it. the cable is locked in to a set position. the slack is there for a reason

the black box is the Cruise control like warlock said and the slack is intended to be there. if you try to adjsut it something will not work the way it is intended to. as for getting the cover off there are screws and then also some push in clips that hold it I think. there may even be a screw or two on teh bottom
