Red bulb light up pink?

Maybe this is a stupid question but if I were to put a red bulb in my red/clear tails will it light up pink? How red do those "hyper" red, and chrome painted APC bulbs light up.

Finally, I have a pair of nighthawk headlights. Also, if I have halogen headlights what type of corner bulb do you think I should use with them. I have APC hyper whites right now but they need to go. Should I go with just a clear bulb, or maybe a yellow one?

If you put a red bulb in, it'll light up red. I don't get those hyper red, whats makes them hyper anyways? the chrome plated ones will look silver in the day but should light up whatever color its meant to be.

As for the corner lights, depends on your county's law. I know some pps can do the red/blue corner lights, but here in MA, they think its a police cruiser......stupid if you ask me.

I guess it depends on what kind and brand you buy, cuz I know I bought some cheapo red and they lit up pink. Or they would start out red, then slowly loose their color.

I have APC Titan bulbs in my 99 Camry for the front corners and rear turn signals. I have clear corners and the "Euro" tails so when they are off they are clear but as soon as I signal or turn on my lights they glow amber (orange). I bought them off cardomain.com. Jon.
