Try ebay or driverfx.com, maybe even try calling APC.
I know they make them but they're not the eye ball looking red dot altezza style ones, they're the oem crystal looking red ones just with a clear crystal looking turn signal piece.

Wait a minute... do you have a gen4 or a gen5?
Gen4 - the above applies
Gen5 - you gotta ask the gen5 guys, I don't know too much about them yet... sorry. ...but you could still check those above suggestions.

I'm not exactly sure what makes the "retro" 3D?
...eh' to each his own... I the new ones, retro 3D, are pretty ghey imho.
