3rd Generation 3Gen Brake Question

OK, lemme start by saying "Howdy All" - I bought a '93 Camry LE last month, and just found the site here. Was a longtime member of MX6.com, and I love having such a great resource handy. I'm sure TN will be the same

Now on to my dilemma...Santa brought me a XMas eve brake failure, and I just got out and repaired my failed lines. Trouble is, the warning light on the dash is still on
Does this need to be reset on the ECU, or should I be looking for something mechanical yet to be resolved?

first, welcome, seccond- check your brake fluid resovoir...it is probably low, it may be a little difficult to see, but it has the min/max markings on the side,

Do your brakes feel good after the repair? Like Axel said double check your brake fluid. If your brakes are not working right you may have another problem.

Rez is good - made sure to top off as I was bleeding the lines... I might still have some air in the lines, gotta bleed the system again when we get some higher temps outside. My main wonder was whether the warning light on the dash was something that remained lit until the ECU was reset?
I dunno, the pedal feels good again (anything short of hitting the floor is great!), so that's the main concern. If anyone knows about the workings of the warning light, though, it'd be great to know!

You got a resovoir sensor in the lid, try pluging it out
and see it the light goes away, it`s unlikely but it can
fail, the fix may be as simple as a new lid for the brake resorvoir
Or one of the brake curcuit sensors (you got 2 of them) may have
failed.
