I've tried using a rubber mallet to knock it loose but nothing. Is there some bolt or something that I need to removing ...Help me out fellas

Brake lights aren't broken, I just don't brake.

FWIW, whenever I get a new car in my garage, one of the things I do (among several other things) before the car even has 100 miles on it is to remove the brake drums and coat the mating surface (where the drum mates with the hub) with a THIN layer of Anti-Seize.
I'll also remove the drums (to give the shoes a look) every time I rotate the tires (about every 7K miles). At this time, I replenish the Anti-Seize.
I have no problems getting off brake drums since I started this regimen 25 years ago.
NOTE: If you overdo it on the Anti-Seize, you will foul your brake shoes and it will be time to buy some new ones....be careful!

yeah, do what touringcamry said. mine were rusted on pretty tight last time i did my brakes and using those two threaded holes were the only way to get it off. but do turn each screw a little at a time as to pull it straight off and not have it bind.
Lots and lots of Liquid Wrench. I was going to try the screw method but the 12 metric screws were the wrong size for my drum. I sprayed liquid wrench by the five lugs and in the 2 small screw holes. Using a hammer I tapped lightly back and forth on either side of the broken lug (I didn't want to side load the 4 good ones). This enable to drum to shift back an forth about an 1/8 inch. I did this for 5 minutes and the drum slipped off easily.
Spray PB Blaster around the center hub and studs. Let stand for three minutes. Strike with a heavy hammer using sharp blows to the drum (not the hub) between the studs at several places.
If the drum is severely worn, it may have a lip on the inside edge. Then you must use a piece of wire to hold the adjuster tang off the wheel while you back off the adjuster to pull in the shoes to clear the lip.

If all else fails, a big ol 3 jawed puller tool. The reason it won't come off is because there is a wear ridge on the inside edge of the drum, on the spot where the brake shoes do not touch the drum. (Once you get the drum off you will see what i mean). So its likely the drum will need to be replaced too.

What year is your Camry ?
My 2001 4Runner rear drum surfaces have an edge on the inside meaning... you can beat your brains out getting them off. Look on the inside plate for in inspection hole. It may have a rubber plug in it. If so work though there with a brake tool or screw drivers to back of the adjusting mechanism. You can grind off the edge of the drum(s) surface so next time they will pop/hammer off.
