Magnaflow Mufflers

For all the people that has this muffler, what do you think of it? Is it loud, quiet, or deep? Since my stock muffler got messed up from a rear-ended incident, I've been looking a lot into the Magnaflow. I'm looking for a quiet muffler that also creates a deep tone as well. Something that won't be heard from a block away, and something won't be too loud in the interior, especially on the freeway. So what do you all recommend? Is magnaflow a good choice for me?, given that I'm gonna keep my stock resonator. And what about Dynamax and Borla. Btw, I have a '90 Camry V6. I'm new to exhaust/mufflers, so that why i need some advices.. Thanks!

Oh yea.. is $200US for a dual dtm tip mirror finish magnaflow + $40US labor a decent price?

Sorry for so many questions.

maganaflows are great mufflers, no matter which one you pick, good quality as long as its stainless, none of them would be too loud as long as you stick with the 2.25" inlet, btw i serously dont think dual dtm looks good on a 2nd gen just my opinion

Thanks for the opinion! Yeah seems like I got more bad responses for the DTM tips than for the 4" slant cut single tip. So I think I'll go for the slanted cut tip one.. what do you all think of that one on a Gen2? Thanks!

I had a universal MagnaFlow muffler installed on my old '96 Camry V6. It sounded very nice. Some of my friends said it was too much but they aren't car people, so what would they know? Anyway, since you have the V6 it will have a nice loud deep sound.

Well i finally got it installed today... Sounds a little loud for my taste, but both of my friends said it sounds good and isn't that loud at all. And said i'm probably just not used to having a exhaust on my car. Oh well.. I'll see how that goes...

Haha.. Well thanks for all the posts guys.. Yeah, looks like I'll have a lot of getting "used to" to do. Kinda missed my engine being so quiet though, now i mostly hear the muffler going. But i must admit, it does sound pretty damn good.. if only i wish it didn't get into the interior that much. :-?
