Which brake light? The ABS light? Or the light that says, "Brake" ? 'Cause if it was the 2nd one, chances are that the e-brake wasn't disengaged all the way, and the sensor keeps on turning the light on and off at times thinking that its engaged, and at others thinking that its disengaged. And why not install the springs yourself? Its not a difficult job.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

if its been a while sinc eyour last brake pad change, your fluid level is 'low' so it goes on as the fluid sloshes around in the little container, messing with the level indicator sensor.

if you do top it up, make sure to remove some before changing pads.
