That's a pretty standard problem on the older windows... A few of the bushings inside the window frame that help the window go up and down correctly are worn. It makes the window not go up and down quite straight in the tracks, so when you think the window is closed, it isn't quite seated. If you can get it to go away by moving it slightly up or down, just do that... you can also try to shim the bushings inside the door if it really bothers you. I had my door apart the other day and noticed a lot of play, and I also get the same whistling problem sometimes. Just adjust the window a bit at go on your way... :wink:
