weird noise coming from engine bay

hey guys, my 88 camry has been running pretty nicely the past few years, but lately ive been noticing a weird rattle like sound coming from the engine bay, so i decided to pop the hood today with the car running to try and find it. it looks like its coming from the alternator or one of the belts connected to it. my alternator was just replaed so, i would hope the part the belt is connected to isnt broken or something. heres a video clip of the problem area..sorry for the bad quality, its from my phone.

so before i buy any new belts and start replacing them, anyone have this problem before?

it`s hard to make out anything from that video because of the bad sound quality
take off the altenator belt and inspect the surface, if it`s hard and have a lot of rifts
in it then its time to change it, a worn altenator belt makes a lot of noise.
