Unhappy Dead dome light, trunk light, clock!

I recently "fixed" a sunvisor light on my 1998 Camry and during the process, I must have touched the positive and negative terminals. Now the interior dome light, trunk light, and clock are fried. Everything else in the electrical system seems perfectly fine. I replaced the "Door" fuse, but those lights are still dead. What other damage have I done besides the fuse?

Its the Dome 7.5A fuse. Its blown. Replace it, and it'll all work.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

still problem with fuses and lights...

Thanks for the advice guys. I've checked all fuses....TWICE! As I said, I replaced the "Door" fuse and tested all 7.5A fuses, such as "Panel", etc. Also, nothing is labeled "Dome" or "Clock" or "Trunk light".

Any other suggestions?

have you gone back and checked the wiring on that lighted visor? if every thing is o.k. there then the only two things that i could think is that a positive wire that feeds power to those things fried or it's unlikely that all the lights actually burned out
