having a BIG problem with my engine swap

I just put finished putting in a 3sge into my 90 camry and when i go to turn it on, right befor i put it in start i notice that the lights on the dash ( like the check engine or the oil light dont turn on). i thought it was very odd. So then i try to start it and my worst fears came true my engine didnt even budge!!!!!!! Any advise or sugestion please. could a wire be crossed, or fuse be blown or some thing not connected. Please help!!!

y batt. is good . when i turn the key the radio and stuff turns on (when its in the acc position). but you know how when you turn the key to the on position the check engine light and oil lights and other things flash. well mine dont do that.wierd. is there a certain cable or something that is supposed to make those lights turn on?

PM 88le, he is the gen 2 wiring master.

check your power connections at the ECU, check the AM2 wiring...
