no it won't....first off being cuz (i'm not too sure here) but the tranny probably wasn't designed to take as much power as the camry v6, plust it won't bolt on in anyway I don't think....major mods, maybe?
easiest way is toi find a gen3 cam auto v6 tranny....trannys from the 4s will break on you....
edit: oh, yeah....forgot to ask....why the hell would you want an automatic tranny from a celica anyway???? and if you run boost too....you MUST get a v6 tranny.....
