Help Routin Install Car Wont Start

This sucks guys lol....uh i just got some after market headlights, and installed them with new bulbs and everything. When i went to start my car it wouldnt turnover....tried to jump it would turn over a little then die...today i went and started ut by giving it gas and just crankin the key... and it started but white smoke was pouring out of the exhaust it was making a small humming noise but that could have been like that before so i turned off the car and now im going to go see if it will start again any ideas what it could be...al i did was change the headlights bulbs and got new headlamps and corner lights. thanks guys

DId you top off the blinker fluid after changing them??


That sounds very odd, considering you just changed headlights

alright i got it fixed turns out my neons where on and didnt know it...i think it drained the battery and when my friend tried to start it i think he flooded it.....i got it working and just drove it up the block seems to be working fine..
